If a student has a fever - they need to stay home and be fever free for 24 hours. Also we stress good hand washing and cough/ sneeze etiquette as prevention. Hope we all have a healthy school year but, please keep your emergency contact list up to date in case we need to reach you. Thank you.

ALL students who are in the 10th grade are required by NY State law to have a physical, hearing and vision screening and dental screening. Physical and Dental forms can be found in the FORMS section. Our school physician will be able to provide a health appraisal if you are unable or would prefer that it is done at school. The school nurse will be doing the hearing and vision screenings in Oct and Nov. Please discuss with your student. Any questions call 648-7521.

If your student requires medication during school notify the school nurse. You will need to bring in signed medication orders and the medication in its original container. Please see the FORMS section to obtain a medication form for your MD to fill out. Doctor signed perscription is required for any medication taken at school. We also need the medication brought in by parent or guardian in the original container. Any questions please call 648-7521. |
