Mr. Steve Tronovitch received his Bachelor of Science degree in Adolescent Education and History from State University of New York at Oswego. He received his Master of Science degree in Adolescent Special Education and will receive his certificate in Educational Leadership from Binghamton University.
Steve started his career at Afton Middle School — where he taught for one year as a special education teacher — and then taught four years at Harpursville High School in the same role. He begins his new role as Chenango Forks High School principal after teaching his last eight years as a high school special education teacher here at Chenango Forks.
"As a graduate of Chenango Forks, a former classroom teacher here and now as a high school principal, I understand exactly what it means to be a part of Forks Nation,” he said. “We have a tradition of excellence that I intend to continue and build upon in my role as building leader in collaboration with the various stakeholders that make this an exceptional district."
