Welcome!

The 7th-8th grade classes just finished CPR in which they had to complete a written and skill test. Students that pass both will be certified in American Heart Association CPR. We are presently doing basketball our next unit is Badminton. The boys will start swimming Feb 23rd and the ladies will start around the end of March. Miss Pagano is our new Physical Education Teacher and will be teaching the girls classes here in the middle school. We are very excited to have her here.

Phys Ed requirements

Physical Education requirements for daily participation.

Change of clothes everyday, shorts, t-shirt, sneakers. On cold days we will go out so proper attire must be worn.

Swimming unitis well under way. Everyone is doing a great job. Make ups for swim will be at least once a week twice if time permits.

Our next unit will be in theweight room, students will learn about how to lift free weights and work with machine weights. We will talk about fitness and the FITT principle.
