We have re-designed our meal order forms to make it easier for parents. There are 3 separate forms listed below. Please choose the appropriate one for each student. Submit a separate form for each student. Forms for ALL STUDENTS ORDERING MEALS (whether the student is hybrid or remote) must be submitted each week by the end of the day on Sundays. Meals for remote students will be available for pick-up the following Wednesday between 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the lower entrance to the Elementary School.
