February marks an exciting milestone for Forks Nation as we move into the final stages of our Capital Project focused on our new pool, bathrooms, locker rooms, and athletic training facilities! These improvements represent years of planning and a strong community commitment to creating safe, modern, and welcoming spaces that support student wellness, learning, and extracurricular opportunities. We are incredibly proud of the work that has been completed and grateful to our community for its continued support throughout this process.
We are pleased to invite our families and community members to join us for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Community Tours on Thursday, Feb. 19, from 4:30–6:00 p.m., beginning in the High School Cafeteria.
This will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate together and to see firsthand the new pool, renovated bathrooms and locker rooms, and upgraded athletic training spaces that will serve our students and community for many years to come.
This month, our Character Education and Leadership habit is “Think Win-Win.” Across our buildings, students are learning the importance of collaboration, problem-solving, and finding solutions that benefit everyone. As we celebrate the completion of these major facility improvements and look ahead to new opportunities for our students, this habit reminds us that the strongest outcomes are achieved when we work together for the common good.
