Middle School students who participated in App challenge pose in front of devil

Eleven students from our Middle School have moved forward from being effective users of technology, to becoming creators of it! They had three weeks to create an app from the ground up, from idea to prototype and code.

One group created an app that gathered all digital reading resources together in a fun, user-friendly format. Another made an app designed to help their peers navigate social relationships and provide mental health resources, as well as organize their busy academic and social calendar. And a third group made a fun, maze-style game that allowed students to have more fun while navigating their main educational platform, Schoology.

All three teams put in a great deal of effort, critical thinking, and creative flair into their projects. Well done, coders!
