Rachel Su goes under limbo bar

Our annual limbo contest for grades 3-5 returned yesterday! Last year, all of our spectators viewed the competition virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But this year, all of our 3-5 students gathered in the gym to cheer on their peers.

Some made signs and others started chants to help encourage their classmates as they bent and twisted under the limbo bar.

Sixty students participated the competition and just three made it to level 10. In the end, Rachel Su (photo at the top of this story) was victorious!

Congratulations to all of the students who participated and thank you to our CFE gym teachers Tim Paske, Justin Flannery and Jarod McMullen for organizing the competition. We're so happy to keep this decades-old tradition alive at the CFE!
