Varsity Boys Basketball: Lost to Lansing on Friday night, 54-35. Sam led the team with 11 points. The team is 3-4 on the season. Next up is a match up @ Windsor on 1/6, with a start time of 7:15 pm.
Varsity Boys Basketball: Competed in the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic at the Arena over the winter break. In Game 1, they defeated Dryden, 67-36, behind Brady's 27 points. The team had swarming defense that led the way. In Game 2, they had a back and forth battle with Whitney Point, but ended up losing 65-61. The team was led by Lincoln with 20 points & Brady with 18 points. Nice job team!

JV Recap (12/11-1/2): Basketball - Our girls team defeated Owego 43-21 & lost to Vestal 51-28. Our boys team lost to Owego 55-38, lost to Norwich 57-31, lost to Walton/Downsville 41-38, defeated Windsor 52-35 & lost to Lansing 48-37. Bowling - Defeated Windsor 5-0 & lost to SV 4-1. Modified Recap (12/15-1/2): Basketball - Our 7th grade girls team defeated Windsor 24-21 & lost to ME 26-21. Our 8th grade team defeated Binghamton 27-21. On the boys side, our 7th grade team lost to Oneonta 55-23 & Vestal 38-22. Our 8th grade team lost to Oneonta 36-28 & defeated Vestal 47-19. Our swim team defeated Windsor 80-19 & 78-25, defeated SV 78-34 & defeated CV 77-43. Our wrestling team competed in the Owego Match Day Tournament, with Nikita going 2-1. Great day of performances for Forks Track on Saturday. We had 5 girls finish in the Top 10 for their events as well as the DMR team of Grace, Jaime, Ceci, and Clara finishing 1st! Our Boys had also had 5 Top 10 finishers in their events.
Girls Basketball: Lost a tough game to Norwich 53-52. Maggie Warpus led the way for CF with 24 points. The girls are home against Vestal on Monday, December 22. JV starts at noon.
Boys Wrestling: Defeated Jamesville-Dewitt on Friday, 45-26. Big wins by Conner Williams, Keaton MacRabie, and Brody Livermore helped lead our team to victory. Great team win! Thank you to Binghamton University for hosting the match!
Boys Varsity Swim: CF defeated Binghamton 73-46. Jackson James took first in Diving and set a personal best. Jack Hull took first in the 200 and 500 freestyle. Ronan Hall set a personal best in the 50 and 100 free, finishing first in both events. Go Forks Nation!
Boys Varsity Basketball: Lost a very tough game to Norwich, 51-49. A strong defensive effort in the second half helped lead the comeback after being down late in the second half.

Swimming & Diving: Competed at the Elmira Invitational over the weekend. The team finished in second place for class C schools. Jack Hull had 2 personal best times, finishing 8 out of 84 in the 50 free & 6 out of 60 in the 100 free, making it to the podium! Jackson James dove for the first time on Friday. Great job team!
