RISE AND SHINE: Thank you to Mrs. Masters’ class for leading our Rise and Shine assembly yesterday for our 2nd and 3rd grade students. The focus of this assembly was on our new habit for this month which is to Sharpen the Saw. This means that you need to take care of yourself and find time to do the things you enjoy. ECONOMICS & ENTREPRENEURSHIP: Our second and fourth-grade students dove into the world of economics and entrepreneurship through Junior Achievement programs last week. These interactive lessons provided valuable insights into money management and business fundamentals, preparing our students for future success. In second grade, these lessons are delivered by students from CFHS who participate in the Southern Tier Teaching Academy.
CHICKENS: Have you ever been up close and personal with a chicken? Students at CFE had the opportunity to learn more about this incredible creature. Did you know there are over 1,600 different breeds of chickens on this planet?
RISE AND SHINE: Thank you to Mr. Castle’s class and Mrs. Aurelio’s class for leading our Rise and Shine Assembly last Thursday for our 4th and 5th graders. The focus for this assembly was on habit 6, which is to Synergize. This means working together as a team toward a common goal. Our 5th grade band synergized to learn our CFE School Song and played the song for us to Congratulations to out shout outs!

FARMERS MARKET: Today our friends at CFE were able to take advantage of a wonderful Farmer's Market provided by the Food Bank of the Southern Tier! Students were able to bring home fresh fruit and some vegetables!
