Building and Facilities Use

Our facilities are valuable community assets, and many civic and community groups use them for meetings and events. We are happy to accommodate these groups whenever we can.

All facility requests are now managed online. To make a facility request, you must first create a User Account.

• Once your account is created, you can Login to start making facility use requests.

ALL REQUESTS NEED TO BE MADE 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE.

Please review our list of facility charges.

• Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 general aggregate, including bodily injury, property damage, and personal and advertising injury.
• Additional Insured: Chenango Forks Central School District, its Board of Education, officers, employees, and volunteers should be included as Additional Insureds on the General Liability policy, with coverage applying on a primary and non-contributory basis.
• Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit for owned, hired, and non-owned autos, if vehicles are used in connection with the activity or brought onto District property.
• Workers’ Compensation / Employers’ Liability: Statutory New York Workers’ Compensation and Disability Benefits coverage, when applicable, with Employers’ Liability coverage.
• Umbrella / Excess Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate over the General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Employers’ Liability coverages.
• Abuse or Molestation Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $1,000,000 aggregate for organizations conducting activities involving minors.

A Certificate of Insurance should be provided before use of the facilities, and the District should reserve the right to request copies of the applicable Additional Insured endorsements or other supporting documentation. Depending on the nature of the activity, additional coverage or higher limits may be appropriate.
