EXCITING NEWS: Beginning today, November 1, 2023, all 15 of Rock on Cafe's component schools INCLUDING Chenango Forks will be offering breakfast and lunch to students at NO COST!

NATIONAL ART HONOR SOCIETY: Some students from our art classes were inducted into the National Art Honor Society last week. This achievement recognizes our student's hard work and dedication to their craft of creating and contributing to our arts community. Congratulations!

PICTURE DAY: Our CFE students have been 'camera ready' over the last two days! We can't wait to see how all of their 23'/24' school pictures come out!



CFE FALL FESTIVAL: Our CFE Fall Fest is Nov 9th! At the event we will be collecting Family Board Games for the Christmas Basket Committee! We can't wait to see everyone there!


PRACTICAL SPANISH: Students in the 'Spanish for the Professions' class built Lego stations to represent places in an airport. Friends were invited to navigate all of the stations using only Spanish. All travelers successfully completed the challenge.




CHARACTER EDUCATION AWARDS: Congratulations to our high school students: Grace Harkness, Gabriella Barry, Haidyn Baker, Jack Driscoll and Teacher: Mr. Motell for exemplifying this month's trait of Being Proactive!


LIFE SKILLS: Mrs. Shoudy's class is acquiring valuable life skills by delving into the realms of budgeting and exploring the intricacies of tipping. These skills are being honed with the support of the 'Banzai Financial Literacy' program.

PUMPKIN RUN: The 25th Annual Pumpkin Run is scheduled for Friday, October 27th. All Chenango Forks Students in grades Kindergarten through Sixth may participate in this One Mile Fun Run around the school grounds. Every participant will receive a goody bag full of snacks (including apples donated by Apple Hills), while the fastest boy and girl per grade level will also receive a large painted pumpkin decorated by the High School Art Club!
In order to participate, you must register your child by grade level at the tents located on the field closest to the Patch Road Underpass between 3:30-3:55 on Friday, October 27th. All those participating will have the opportunity to walk the course at 4:00 and the race itself will start at 4:30. Please Email Mr. Motell (Motellj@cforks.org) with any questions.
The Pumpkin Run is made possible through the efforts of several CF extracurricular clubs working together, including the Varsity Cross Country Team, the Chenango Forks Running Club, and both the High School and Middle School Interact Clubs,
along with student volunteers from the National Honor Society.
