Unfortuatley due to lack of ticket sales we have had to cancel the Donkey Basketball event previous scheduled for this Saturday, March 7.
On Wednesday evening, the Chenango Forks Music Department hosted its annual Jazz Cabaret. The evening featured many of our talented student musicians performing incredible musical selections while guests enjoyed desserts served by our students.
Guests heard selections from our Jazz Lab Band, which provides students with the unique opportunity to expand their talents and even try learning a new instrument. The program also included a performance by our High School Select Chorus, featuring several talented soloists.
Community band Nexus, featuring Mike Carbone and Larry Lolli, performed several enjoyable numbers highlighting a variety of brass instruments. The evening concluded with a performance by our High School Jazz Combo, showcasing several talented student musicians.

Feb. 21 - 28, 2026 is Future Farmers of America (FFA) Week! In honor of this, the Chenango Forks FFA is collecting items to create cake kits, to be distributed through the Forks Food Center for families within our district.
Help us reach our goal of assembling 200 cake kits by bringing in the following items:

This week, the Chenango Forks Music Department put on a fantastic Winter Chorus Concert! Students from our middle and high schools performed a variety of pieces, many featuring talented soloists. The concert concluded with a finale performance featuring all of the students singing together. Thank you to our music educators for a wonderful evening of music, and great job to all of our performers!
The Spanish for the Professions class recently created Caga Tiós (pooping logs) while learning about this unique tradition from the Catalan region of Spain.

Emily Gaudinier from Taylor Rental visited our students to share her inspiring journey from working as an OR nurse to owning and operating Taylor Rental. She discussed how she expanded the business into party rentals and inflatables, the decision to open a brick-and-mortar jump and party venue, and her experience working with a franchise. It was an amazing presentation filled with valuable insights!
Stephanie Krummenacker, owner of MediaBrush Marketing in Binghamton, visited our students to share her journey from Missouri and Arkansas to the Southern Tier. She talked about why she launched MediaBrush and offered an inside look at what a marketing and advertising agency does. Her insights and real-world perspective were outstanding, and it was a pleasure to welcome a successful woman-owned and operated business to our school.
