This week, Mrs. Doolittle’s CFHS art students visited Mrs. Sickler's classroom at CFE for a special project. First-grade students had recently created drawings of their own unique monsters. To bring their creations to life, the high school art students transformed these drawings into ceramic versions of each creature.
During the visit, the ceramic pieces were presented to the first graders, who were very excited to see the final result! This was a fun and memorable experience for all of the students.

a Journée de la Francophonie at SUNY Albany was a blast for Madame Ramsden's college-level French students! The day kicked off with an exciting chasse au trésor (treasure hunt) around the SUNY Albany campus, helping everyone to get familiar with the grounds. Next, students donned their dancing shoes for a vibrant music and dance workshop, learning moves from French-speaking countries like France, Canada, and Senegal. After a delicious lunch, the fun continued with engaging conversations with native French speakers from Belgium, the Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Morocco, Quebec, Mali, Togo, and Haiti. The students had an amazing time immersing themselves in diverse cultures while practicing their French skills!
